My wife went here on Thursday the 6th of April. They were to sedate her and ensure she was asleep before any numbing or extraction was to start. First of all, they lied to me, saying she was and had been asleep, when she wasnt. She was able to tell me i had tapped her foot, walking out. Then, the surgeon and the assistant were talking about where they were from and other things not related to my wife, the patient. They were not attentive to my wife at all. They were more concerned with leaving for the day. They didn't ask her if she was alright, nor check to ensure she was asleep. She, in fact was awake during the numbing and extraction, and even while they had to dose her up more as they prodded with her iv. Dr. Troy Trundson is butcher!!!! I wouldnt take my dying enemy here EVER!!! 400 Dollars later and the doctor to not even stick around after the procedure is bad character and speaks really bad of this place. However, there was one person who was quite helpful and that was Ronda at check in and pre op. She was basically the only one who seemed legitimately concerned about us. We have a survey and plan on making sure it gets back and around to any and everybody before they make the biggest mistake pf their lives!! Find somewhere else to go, unless you dont mind dealing with a butcher and not a real oral surgeon who cares about their patients.

Very excellent staff, had 6 teeth pulled here by Dr. Trondson and never had a problem
