I was astonished at the level of care offered at the Cain's dental practice. The first indication that I had found an extraordinary dental practice was right after my first contact. My appointment wasn't for two weeks but Dr. Cain reviewed my symptoms with the receptionist (more on her later) and had her call me to say I needed to find a dentist asap because I might have an infection. As it turned out I did and thanks to Dr. C it was treated early. I needed to cram as much of the necessary work into December before my insurance turned over and their amazing scheduler/wizard managed to schedule everything within 1 week. The combined skill set of Dr's Robert and Pam Cain enable them to provide every type of care I needed.The basic dental care began with the most thorough exam I've ever experienced and that care was not limited to the two skilled and personable dentists, their entire staff as well as the facility are organized and executed with one goal in mind which is to offer the very best experience with the best outcome for their patients. Every member of their team played a significant part in my care from the receptionist slash wizard (I swear she's got a magic wand, nothing phased her) the office manager who deftly navigated thru my insurance maze, both dental assistants, one of which provided a blanket, an exceptional cup of coffee, and comfort when I really needed it. If you find them consider yourself truly blessed because Doctors Robert and Pam Cain & Company are the very best Knoxville has to offer in dental care and basic human care.

Very pleasant and informative. The staff knows all ins and outs of any insurance. The wait in the office was minuscule. It is a comfortable clean environment. Dr Cain is very skilled. I had no anxiety of my procedure.

Great customer care! Everyone in the office was exceptionally pleasant and took the time to explain and answer any questions.  Dr. Cain came highly recommended to me.  He seems to be very knowledgeable and to care a lot about his patients!

Incredibly pleasant staff and eager to assist. Dr.s Rob & Pam are both gracious, honest & competent. I've had successful implants by Dr. Rob & a beautiful bridge by Dr. Pam. I highly recommend both.

Very welcoming office and environment! Staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cain is great and makes his patients and their families feel at ease during procedures.
