I choose Turkey Creek KDC as my general dentist because of its convenient location and hours. I had my first appointment last year in 2016. I wasn't extremely satisfied with my service, but I couldn't take off during the week to go to a different dentist so I made due. Before entering the exam room, the front desk associate gave me a hard time about wanting to know exactly what my insurance would be covering that day. They acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting to know what services would be covered and what I would have to pay out of pocket if they weren't. I didn't want any surprises. The dentist I was given was very young and barely even looked at my teeth. I saw him for a total of 3 minutes, maybe. My 6-month check-up was scheduled in April the following year. I was rescheduled for this because they "had too many appointments" that day so the next available was in May. I waited until then and a few days before my appointment I was told that they had to reschedule me again because my hygienist had broken her leg. Now my appointment was moved to July (at this point I am 3 months past due and I have braces). I couldn't wait anymore and called the Hardin Valley office which immediately booked me for the following week. Now here it is in July, my teeth are cleaned thanks to Hardin Valley, and the Turkey Creek office has called me AGAIN to reschedule me for the appointment they set up in July before I transferred to Hardin Valley. This time it is due to an "emergency" they didn't care to elaborate on. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CANCELLED ON 3 TIMES, GO TO THE HARDIN VALLEY OFFICE.

Absolutely a great dental office! Love the professionalism of the people and the flexibility in the hours. Everybody here has a great attitude about being at work. You dont find that much in today's world so it makes you appreciate it even more. Give them a try, you will not regret it!
