DON'T EVER order from here. They didn't deliver my food and it took me two weeks of calling seamless and restaurant to get a $70 refund back. they are the rudest people I've ever spoken to over the phone and they just aren't living on this planet .. they literally will take your money and just not deliver you food. it's insane.

Don't listen to the haters. This is one of the best places in the village to get food and snacks, especially late night. They have the best deal on fresh juice in the city, hands down. Practically the only reasonably priced juice around these days. They also have every snack known to man. Also note that they do great flower delivery. They make the bouquets up real nice and have a big delivery radius. They even found my girlfriend's office building in Chelsea when I gave them the wrong address. One of the best - order!

Possibly the worst deli on lower east side. Extremely rude, unprofessional people. Always 4 Indians in the entrance yelling at each other. Overpriced. 6 pack of blue moon - $15!! Same 6 pack down the street-$10. Edit: This place is a total waste. 4 months later - still exactly the same. They're on indian time.

I know you are getting both sides of the coin. I will be blunt, this is the worst delivery service that I have ever had in my entire life. It is currently over an hour, and I have contacted them twice with 2 different answers. I will never order from here again. If you even think that for a second you should give them a try, just don't. Unless you like playing Russian roulette.

I placed an order for beer through Grizly. They called to say they had only half the order but would get a new shipment the next week. I told them to wait, but they insisted on delivering half immediately and the other half later. They never delivered the second half. When I called, they said they had no knowledge of this, no way of looking up my order, and that they hadn't even heard of the brand of beer I ordered. Though they spoke perfect English when they said they would deliver only half my order, now they claimed to not speak English very well. They made me spell everything out one letter at a time - my name, my address, the name of the beer. If I said two letters in a row, they made me repeat it. At one point, they clarified, "K as in cat?"
