Their employees are trained by their manager to accost people on the street and accuse them of shoplifting. I purchased an item from the health food store down the street because Grab & Go didn't have it and a Grab & Go employee followed me and accused me of stealing it from them. I spoke to his manager who tried to tell me that the employee did that because he cared so deeply about his job. Absolutely appalling. There is absolutely no excuse for following a customer when they leave without purchasing something and then accuse them of shoplifting when they purchase the item from another store. Always save your receipts because you never know when someone from Grab & Go will follow you down the street and to other stores.

I dun know how they do it. The sushi is better than many japanese restaurants and who is going to say no to buy-one-get-one-free. Grab&Go is real, never have to wait in line. I love to look at how fast the cashiers there to process ten customers in seconds. It is the last real hub in town that has a yogurt cone for a dollar since they open the shop, which makes me stop by multiple times a day.

Sushi is buy one get one free, and the chef is there to make everything in house. Great selection of snacks and drinks. They even offer bubble tea and fresh juice/smoothies! And the $1 frozen yoghurt cone taste really good. They are always open (24/7) even during the blizzard last week. A real convenience store right at the subway station entrance that allows me to buy a few items real quick!
