HORRIBLE.  Took down payment in October 2014, took roof off in first of 2015, did not tarp the exposed area and left for several weeks creating additional water damage to the interior of the house.  Doesn't return phone calls, or complete work as contracted and certainly not in a timely manner. There were plenty of windows of good weather where the job could be completed.  The "owner" has said they would complete the job and be responsible for damage to their negligence, only after receiving a letter that threatened legal action.  DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!

never returned phone calls, did not pay roof depot in Denver for the supplies to roof my house, therefore Roof Depot has filed a lein on my property. I paid East West Roofing the total amount of my bill on time. To me they are a bunch of thieves and I am now going to start legal action against them. Just talked to Angies List, all of their licenses expired in 2014 and they show East West as being out of business as of 4/21/2015. Am going to call Mesa County building dept to let them know that East West  is no longer licensed in Colorado.

Beware of East West Roofing LLC and Harris Roof Systems ...They are both under the same owners. They take peoples money/deposits and do not do the work or return any phone calls....they close one company and do business under another....they are robbing us innocent people.

Absolutely horrible  --  DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO CHANGE A LIGHT BULB  --  IN FACT, DON'T EVEN LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY  --  not only are shingles now falling off our property, not only did they leave an absolute mess around our house, not only did it take months to get the job done, but I cannot even get a return phone call for them to come out and replace the bad workmanship that revealed itself within weeks of the job getting done  --  they should be ashamed of themselves  --  for what roofs cost to replace, their actions should be a crime  --  I got an extended warranty but what is it worth when their business doesn't even exist anymore  --  might as well have it written on used toilet paper becuase that is what it is worth

Left my neighbor's property a mess.   Trash from lunches and project materials all over the front yard.  It's been that way for a week.  My neighbors are away and don't even know it was left like that.  They would be sick about it.
