If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Do not use them for carpet!! They ordered the wrong carpet and  tried to blame us, even though I showed them the exact sample of the carpet we wanted. Then wanted to charge us more to order the correct one. The installer pulled up our carpet before checking to make sure they had the right one, so now we have to go more than TWO WEEKS without carpet in our house and of course couldn't put all the furniture back! The best (worst) part was they left the tack strips and we have a dog and a baby who is trying to crawl. When we explained this they were not understanding. I had to call serval times to get someone out to cover the tacks, and they only came after I told them my daughter got her leg cut on them. Plus, The lady that we have had to talk to was rude unless there was a manager present. The only good thing I have to say is their corporate customer care is very polite and were the only reason we are getting things done by two weeks instead of having to wait another week.
