Our son & his bride had their wedding event here. It was fabulous. Many many thanks to owners, Bill & Val Wood for dreaming big & making this campground into so much more; and for all their advice and support. Highly recommend you come for a visit.

Nice campground. It would be nice to have a restaurant or bar there. Ownership seems to always be busy. There are too many kids riding around on golf carts. The marina is a great option for campers. Boat lift is way too expensive.

Privately owned. Nice sized camping spots. Plenty to do. Perfect place for boating, playing on the water, fishing, and relaxing.

Had reservations for 3 cabins and reserved a boat for two days. Was told their cabins could sleep 4 people. Technically they could sleep 4 people but that was about it. Literally enough room for 2 double beds and a corner desk. Could barely fit our luggage of two suitcases in the room. Had to step over them or turn side ways to get to the bathroom. There is more room at the Super 8 in town. The cabins are attached to one other cabin so noise travels between cabins pretty easily. Needless to say there was a reason their cabins were still available to rent 1 week before Labor Day weekend. Once we got over the size of the cabins, we settled in for the night and wanted to get an early start of fishing @ 7 AM. Ended up going to Casino that night but still ready by 7 AM. Went to pick up my reserved boat and they said they weren't going to put in the boats yet. O...K.... but I had it reserved and you want to charge me a full day for the boat? Come back around 11 AM and we will see if they are in. Didn't want to waste the day so we drove around the lakes and did shore fishing in the meantime. Needless to say, we didn't get back by 11 AM so we opted not to rent the boat that day. Didn't see any value at that point. The next day, pretty much the same experience as the day before with the boat. Needless to say, we will never visit Eastbay again. They don't fulfill their promises, and the guy owner acted pompous and uppidty towards us. We drove 6 hours and didn't want to pull a boat that far, so we thought it would be better to rent one. Big mistake there. Next time I will stay at the Super 8 in town before returning to Eastbay. Eastbay ruined our entire family weekend.
