Let me start by saying I was not looking forward to taking my step children to the dentist. This is because they are fearful after a bad experience elsewhere. What I will say is I was incredibly impressed that I was personally greeted by the office manager, Theresa. Then given a tour of the facility before our appointments even began. This was a first in any office I have ever been in. My step children were calm and looking forward to their turn checking out the xray machine that goes all the way around their head. Cara guided us through from the beginning to the end. She was very sweet to the kids and professional. Dr. Mike was thorough and answered all my questions. I felt confident that the children received excellent care. The office manager checked back with us before we left, knowing I was nervous when I came in. Very impressed! We will be back and definitely recommend Eastern Dental in Burlington to friends and family. THANK YOU!!!

if zero starts were an option, I would rate at ZERO stars. This fast food style dentistry is awful! Can never get an appointment. They want you to do unnecessary expensive procedures before they will address the real issues.

Shelby was awsome. Scheduling is long,but staff are usually friendly. You will get a first time tour is the office. The wait can be long. Over all they're nice.

For 10+ years, I have taken my children to see Dr. Michael Hoffmaster. He has young children himself, so he is warm and friendly and not surprisingly terrific with kids. My children like Tatiana, the dental hygienist they typically see, very much as well. Sometimes we have to wait a bit, but a reasonable wait is to be expected at a doctor's office--it's not like ordering at a fast-food drive-thru. In reality, the punctuality of the patients with appointments before yours affects the wait time for everyone who comes after! I feel that Eastern Dental in Cinnaminson is definitely worth the wait.
