I hadn't been to the dentist for a while when I started going to New Albany, so I had to get a few fillings. I had to go back THREE separate times to have them replace or fix fillings they had JUST put in. I gave them the second star here because the staff is very friendly and they fixed their own work at no additional cost to me (except my time). I would rather have things done right the first time though.

Beware! Went a year ago for 2 fillings. Unfortunately I was with this woman dentist who was to busy talking about game of thrones with the assistant then paying attention to my teeth or the fact that I was choking on my own spit cause they never gave me the sucker. She said what's wrong with you then proceeded to shove the sucker straight into my throat. Along with her "I'm better then you" attitude, her terrible dental skill and extremely poor customer service, I left there with my filling thrown in and completely jagged edges around both teeth that cause me to bit the inside of my mouth terribly still to this day. It's disheartening that Albany dental would employ someone of this nature. She was just so rude and mean to me and didn't have any care for my wellbeing. So sad cause the dentist I say a few days prior was so nice to me and took such good care of my teeth. But you are as good as you weakest link.

Worst dental experience of my life. The dentist replaced a silver filling and broke another tooth in the process. My bite was off after replacing the silver filling as well. I was left in excruciating pain. The dentist was not aware that he broke a tooth and did not want to fix it once I brought it to his attention. I had to find another dentist to fix the broken tooth and correct my bite. Would Not recommend New Albany Family Dentistry.

I was scheduled to have all3 kiddos for a cleaning,  the day of my appt August 2017 they called to reschedule us, only to offer another appointment 2months away, so we then show up to this new appointment in October 2017 and the office was closed, I now call the next day to figuere out what is going on and they simply said hygienist didn't make it in now I was NEVER called, and they again only offer me another appointment 2 months off in December....they are at fault they should be accommodating to the patient not put them off with zero disregard. Now what should have been a every six month cleaning is at a years time. Terrible scheduling and even worse professionalism on the scheduling staff.

LOVE the staff! They are very friendly and professional. This is one dentist office I don't mind coming to. My children love it and feel comfortable here
