I can't say enough good things about my wedding flowers. We are from out of the area so I had to describe what I wanted over the phone. I was so nervous to see them the day of the wedding because I was afraid they weren't going to be what I wanted since I didn't pick out of a catalog or anything. To my surprise them were exactly what I wanted. My favorite was my flower crown! I didn't want to take it off! It was so amazing! I highly recommended this place!

Eastern Floral....I can't say enough good things, Excellent Quality,            Florist went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much... for helping make my Wonderful Mothers Birthday.You have all my floral orders forever. I just can't say enough good things about this buisness.  My mother stated that she has never received such  Fresh, Beautiful Roses.
And to the Lovely women I spoke with Thank you.

Highly disappointed!!! Ordered flowers today for my Grand Daughter and after receiving them she text me a picture of them to me.. Needless to say they were NOT what I was expecting. For 80.00 I was expecting a NICE BIG bouquet. What we received was a very SMALL vase with 10 flowers in it.  I understand 15.00 was the delivery fee  so the flowers were really ONLY 65.00.. I order flowers a LOT and i've never been so let down. After talking to the Manager she said between the flowers and labor that was a fair price!!  I sent her a picture of what we received and she agreed to a partial refund. I'll wait and see what kind of refund I receive on my credit card statement. Looks like VS Flowers in Saugatuck is still the BEST place to get my flowers..
