I've been meaning to leave this review for sometime the lady who owns this place screamed at me and treated me so rudely I will never use this florist again and I would advise if you are using 1-800flowers to make sure they do not use this florist.  The man who delivered the flowers was dirty and was as equally rude as the owner so completely unprofessional and appalling I kept looking around for a hidden camera thinking I was being pranked.  Thankfully when I called 1800 flowers they promptly resolved the situation and used a more qualified florist and apologized profusely for Rosedales behavior.

Ordered flowers 2 days before Valentine's Day asking for delivery before 3pm, turns out wife is leaving work at 12:30, I call at 11:30 and they had it delivered in 45min!  THANK YOU THANK YOU.  Will Definitely be back for more.  ^_^
