Everyone is very friendly! I feel very welcomed when I come here with my daughter and that says a lot because I am a customer service snob! (no shame) Only complaint is during one of my daughters cleanings, they didn't seem very aware they were stretching her mouth open a little much- so much that she was in a lot of pain afterwards. Next time we will be more verbal if there is unnecessary discomfort.

Dr. Jones was amazing to work with. It's been years since seeing a dentist, as it gives me anxiety. Her and Kyle were awesome to work with. Upfront (as I like) about my dental health, what I wanted my outcome to be regarding my teeth, mouth, etc., and gave me direction on what to do to achieve those outcomes!

Everyone at Eastern IA Dental is awesome. They all work very well together! I've never had anything but wonderful experiences and they're always great with my daughter too. Diana is truly wonderful at what she does!!!

Very polite and accommodative staff. Just walked in with a toothache and was able to see the dentist. Thank you EIDC

I was impressed with the quality of service I received!! I was informed every step of the way through my procedure...the dentist and technichan were considerate and got me out in a timely manner. I was given great information on how to affectively care for the specific problems I have!!!! It was a very positive, informative visit!!!
