After the experience I just had I'd give lower I feel I could. I could reasonably understand waiting for 30 minutes to an hour but I waited 30 minutes did a hearing test waited another 30 minutes in the lobby then was taken to a room where I sat for 2 hours which took me to closing time. When I went to leave I was given a barrage of sorrys and that the doctor had run behind. Not once during the appointment did anyone check in, tell me the doctor was running behind, or ask if I would like to reschedule, nor did they ask to reschedule as I was leaving. I took time off from work to attend this appointment. Time I won't be able to get back. And this appointment was supposed to be the glimmer of hope after four miserable experiences with other ENTs (one who tried to alkaline my ears with everclear and vinegar, one who said I was fine, one who took my tonsils out to relieve my ears which didn't work, and one who told me he wanted to see whatcha opened when they got worse). EOENT was the highest recommended I was told how great their customer service was and how attentive and amazing the doctors were... oh... so... hopeful... I was! Needless to say I am very disheartened with the whole process as of today!
