Dr. Conrady, his immediate staff including RN Angel and others in the Oklahoma City Clinic (OCC) are FIRST RATE and truly outstanding professionals.  They have been serving my medical needs for many years and are responsive, courteous, progressive, friendly, efficient, gentle, communicative and responsible.  The people who make the appointments are in a call center in downtown Oklahoma City which does have seasoned call responders on the phone, but also a few that may not have the experience that others have.  Also in the downtown building, there is a bevy of other support personnel and medical staff who do a wonderful job providing specialized health care.  Overall, the Oklahoma City Clinic is a fine and quite competitive medical services organization in a city that is stuffed with great ones.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

WORST Experience EVER!!!! 
On the phone the first Lady was rude and then had to transfer me to someone else who was worse. 
Not sure if they have worked at a Doctors office before? But they were just down right not helpful at all.
Needless to say I will NOT be taking my business there.
