This place has been great to me. The appts are a little further out but all specialist are. they've been good about doing testing to find out what was wrong with me got me my test results in ok timing nurses and receptionists were very polite and answered my questions the dr i saw was great he knew what was going on when he came in to see me very on top of stuff here when i called to talk to someone about a med left a message for the nurse she called me back in less then 10 mins and she was very polite as well. The lady at the check out desk even called to check where i could get my next test done and set up the appt for me and asking me what day and time worked best for me etc. They are really good here and i would definitely recommend them to people i know who have GI problems.

Shameful. I was told four different things by four different people on staff (or within their billing company, office and treatment center, apparently none of which are related enough to tell the same story). Was told at scheduling my appointment that I would not be billed until after, as they wouldn't know the final total until after the procedure. Then 3 days before was contacted for full, up front payment. I then was told that I could pay 50% up front instead just needed to speak to a supervisor first and she would call me the next day. And finally when she did, I was told that my appointment was already canceled. They don't care about their patients, they only care about the almighty dollar. Its like Used Car Salesmen in the medical field. Reprehensible.

Rude uncaring people. Dr. knew little about my condition. Had the nurse talk to me. They ordered the wrong lab tests. Scheduled my follow up appointment wrong twice. Was told expensive drug prescribed had no side affects. Oh it did, many!!! I worked in so called healthcare field so I caught mistakes and did a lot of research myself. Find somewhere else or prepared to be on your own with this group.

The quality of patient care is lackluster. You always are waiting for return calls (no one ever answers the phones). I never speak to the same nurse or doctor. Forget being contacted regarding test results. After two years of suffering with no definitive answers after numerous tests, I have decided to seek help at a smaller, more patient-friendly practice.

Never seen a dr just assistants they don't listen to your problems just brush you off not patient friendly at all such a shame
