While I have always liked the office, my wife never has. My opinion has drastically changed today as well. My new prescription plan requires that I mail order 3 months worth of a maintenance medication that I have been taking for years, and I had my plan contact the doctor for a prescription. I received a call that Dr. Cochran refused to give me a prescription until I come in as I have not been in in a year or so. Personally, while they may want to check me out to ensure that everything is OK, their handling of that is completely unacceptable. I do not like being extorted, and that is exactly how I feel today. Had they called and asked me to setup an appointment and given the prescription to my plan, or even put it on hold, I'd have been happy to oblige. I do not, however, like being told that they refuse to refill until I make an appointment. Today, I am off find a new doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Truscott (Lansdale Tri-Valley) for more than 15 years. When I moved, he suggested Dr. Underwood (Harleysville, Route 113 Tri-Valley). I have been with her for almost three years. I have been extremely happy with my medical care with both locations and would highly recommend them for skilled and compassionate care. I have multiple chronic conditions and my treatment is sometimes complex, but they are always happy to refer me to another physician if I cannot get the care there that I require.
