Worse customer service ever . Rude middle age lady  at customer service   told me "step aside since you don't know what you're doing" all because I asked to pay part of my bottles cash and the other by card. Again they Won't refund a drink bought few minutes ago.  NEVER recommend a place like that.

The customer service needs work. 
I use the drive thru and I have yet to be greeted. They don't even give the "basic hello how can I help you" They just say what you need.  I called the store  to see if they sold frozen daiquiri mix and the lady said she didn't know and that I would have to come to the store and looks or myself.. 
I explained that was the point of me calling you.  

I gave them several chances and I'll take my business elsewhere.
