I go straight to the rear of the shopping center to BEAUTY ISLAND.  In and back out.  They have a large selection of hair products that I just couldn't get at other places in the area.  My 15 year old asks to come directly here anytime I am going to braid or twist her hair because of the selection.  The hours are so accommodating.  P.S.  The pawn shop up front accepts stolen items (I know because some of my things stolen from me ended up there) I can't speak to the rest of the place.  Luv you Beauty Island

Not really a bad shopping center despite its persistent reputation. I've not had problems there and I've shopped there for 50 years. Use the same self protection that you should use at any shopping center and you will be OK. Only three stars because the stores are so-so, not a lot of variety, kind of repetitive.

Plenty of parking and pan handlers asking to support a mixtape 😒 However the shopping center has a lot to offer from food to clothing. A quick place to grab food for lunch if you work in the area.

Foul smell as soon as you walk in, not sure if it was a dirty mop or spoiled food. Went to the bakery to pick up a cake for a co workers birthday. The associate at the cake counter did a piss poor job of writing Happy Birthday Mr. Lewis. I did not complain, I had to get bank to work.  Everyone thought the cake was delicious. That's why they received the 2 stars.
