After 2 weeks I’m feeling so much better. The physical therapists are top notch. Dr.’s Andrew and Alek are professional & exceptional. Nicole and Jake pt assistants are also very professional and extremely kind. And by the way a lot of fun. The front desk staff Morgan, Stefanie & Valerie are so welcoming and friendly. I took advantage of their special acupuncture and have scheduled a massage. They accommodate with schedules as well
I would highly recommend Eastpointe Healthcare if you are looking for caring effective treatment. Outstanding customer service, reception is so friendly and always makes you feel welcome. I have seen both chiropractors multiple times and they are both terrific, listened to my concerns and adjusted me accordingly. Massage therapist Kristina has magic hands with the ability to identify issues and work them out with a firm but gentle touch.
I've been going there for physical therapy now for almost three months. The key is finding a table side therapist that is good at finding solutions to your issues. I've been working with Alec and he's been absolutely fantastic. The remediation of my "piriformis syndrome" has been a small miracle. I feel great!
One of the best!!! I go weekly to see the Chiropractor!!! Seriously feel so much better! Dr John is the man when it comes to adjustments and expertise! Great facility and so many options for all your needs! PT, chiro , acupuncture and cupping all in one place is a dream!! Highly Recommend!!!
I have had the best experience with Eastpoint Integrated Healthcare. From the reception area Morgan and Stephanie who made me feel so comfortable to all the doctors who worked on me. I am now able to walk and move my right wrist . Thank you Dr. Laura, Dr. Andrew , Dr. Nick , Dr. Alec and Dr, Jordan .. I had an incredible journey and am so very grateful to all.
Dr Laura and the entire physical therapy crew are the best . I had a shoulder injury and thanks to Eastpointe I am fully functioning again. They are very dedicated and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with them all Thank you and have a wonderful holiday.
My experience: "The young not that experienced 'chiropractors' do the same routine on you and probably everyone else too. Not even 5 minutes worth and out. There is a continuous change of personnel at all levels it's a revolving door and that's no surprise since the attitude that comes down from the top and through the back office is: it's our way or the highway. The owner, when he is there, can't wait to high tail it back to Manhattan when his 'shift' is over. The desk workers glorified clerks are not so amazing or wonderful. What is amazing is that I've seen them dismissive to staff and patients alike". My opinion: This place is a factory mill, with lots of machinery and 'drones' - just another gym for the "I pick it up and put it down," crowd. My recommendation is to pass it up - there are many, more experienced and mature chiropractors practicing in the area.
This place is AMAZING! I went in with the most debilitating 10/10 back pain. I received accupuncture and chiro, felt immediate relief and am virtually pain free the next day. Front desk ladies are so accommodating and got me in right away. Highly recommend!
I recently moved to AH and needed a physical therapist. Eastpointe physical therapy has been fantastic to work with so far. They are so accommodating at the physical therapy office and even in the gym. Highly recommend!
From Reception to Chiro to Accupuncture to Physical Therapy you will find caring, competent experts who work seamlessly together to get you better and navigate insurance coverages. I was treated for a pinched nerve in my back and haven't felt this good in years. PT can be tough but that team makes it enjoyable!! Thank you Eastpointe.
