Everyone that I've met here are nice. EXCEPT this lady at front desk that sits on the left. The first time I went she had an attitude, I thought maybe she's having a bad day, so I let it go. Now I've been back about 6x and the only good thing I can say about her is that she is consistent. EVERY TIME I go in its the same funky attitude. In a place where you're serving veterans this is the last thing you should do because you very likely to run into someone who's having one of those days.

I have horrible experiences with Ms. Brown.

She doesn't know how to talk to her customers.  If I don't understand what she is saying she just shrugs her shoulders and says, "And..." over and over again.

She's pretty rude to me every time I visit.

I hope they replace her.

She gives horrible customers service. Its a bad experience that I remember for a long time.

If i could give this place negative 3 stars i would.  Spend what little money you have and go to a real doctor, this place does nothing but frustrate you.
