We take our dog and cat there. Have been a customer for some time. They worked us in today when we were worried about our dog. Keep up the good work Eastside Animal Clinic.

Love the services. Family staff and really caring doctor. I'm new to arkansas and needed a vet for my furry family. The front desk was friendly and the doctor very caring and really listened to concerns and very informative about my breed. Definitely coming back.

I just wanted to say, this is the second time I've taken my animals to east side; but will DEFINITELY be the last. I first took my kitten there to have her declawed and her paw got infected and was swollen. Their answer to that was a Benadryl shot ?? I was disappointed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I just got a tiny yorky puppy (who only weighs 3 lbs) to have her 16 week shots and they gave her TWO shots in the same day ; brought her home and she was crying, wouldn't walk and had a HUGE knot on her hip. I called them and their answer was ; bring her back and we'll give her a Benadryl shot!! Really ??? So they are lucky to get 1 star. And the receptionist was so very rude and hung up on me ; so I would strongly reconsider taking any pet of yours to this clinic. And another thing, I just spoke to my mom who has Yorkey's and her dogs weigh 7 pounds and her vet will not give the full dosage at one time because they don't weigh 10 pounds. Her vet will half the dosage and give one shot one day and then three days later give the other half of the dosage so they DON'T get sore or sick. THAT is a veterinary clinic that truly cares about their patients.

Excellent service is available at Eastside Animal Health Center. We have used their services for over 30 years. The entire staff is shows concern with the care of their patients. They are treated as patients, not just animals.
