First of all; @Robert Ortiz- I think you may not know anything about where you are.... you don't get out much, do you?? The reason I ask this is because anybody who's ever been to Eastside Health Services in Pico Rivera, knows that there's no X-RAY MACHINE or any X-Ray Technician, competent or otherwise...Eastside offers drug treatment in different forms; including a 21 day opiate detox, monthly maintenance methadone programs, as well as counseling both on a one-on-one basis and in  peer group sessions.  There is a doctor, (of course!), that sees clients not only for enrollment, he's also available by appointment.  Staff referrals are provided should clients require medical or mental services beyond what is offered at Eastside, as well as assistance with any legal or child services problems the client may have.
On the personal side, the staff at Eastside goes above and beyond most other clinics in the personal attention they show their clients when on e if them needs help.  They've helped me personally, after I list my Father to cancer & ended up homeless.  They'd let me clean myself up so I was able to keep my self respect and have privacy while doing it. They all kept tabs on me and helped to make me feel like I mattered at a time when most everyone else forgot I needed help, or just didn't care. They do the same for others at the clinic, because they really care about what's going on in their clients lives, not just about increasing a client's dosage because the more we need our dose everyday, the more job security they've got....
They don't make us feel anything like that. They are people who've been through what we're going through or have loved someone who did. They walk the wall AND talk the talk.  Most clinics provide coffee everyday but Eastside provides pastries as well; pastries that they got Starbucks to donate for us.  Little things make a big impression on a person's spirit..
I give Eastside Health Services 5 STARS, because they are good at what they do...help people. I don't know what clinic Robert Ortiz went to where he met with such incompetence....but I DO know it definitely WASN'T  Eastside Health Services!!!!

Incompetent staff.  The lady that took my x-Rays did not know ANYTHING about and could not explain anything on how x-rays work.   There's no way in hell she has her radiology technical cert.  Which is illegal for her to operate the machine.
