Great service

The day I went to the consultation they left me ready in my bathrobe for the check-up inside the room, waiting for more than an hour in there alone and no one came to say anything or even looked around. I felt too bad, I was there in my bathrobe for hours waiting for more than an hour and nothing, when the doctor came in, everything was fine, she was good, but the same thing happened when she left, no one gave instructions, no nurse in charge, nor did they come to tell me anything, I had to wait another long time until I decided to say what was happening, where would I pick up my medication because it was my First time there and no one told me anything and I don't know why no one took charge. The truth is that day was something ugly for me. I would like to go back. The doctor seems to be good but I'm afraid, even if they are always, I have never had something like this in another clinic.
