At Eastside Medical Supply I received great help from very knowledgeable people who answered all of my questions. The store is clean and well organized. It had everything I was looking for, even forearm crutches I had not found anywhere else. I have 2 very bad hips and SI joint pain. They set me up to see their Orthotist to try a special brace that may relieve some of my pain. It can be unbearable. (I have to wait a month for the first surgery.) I see him, Mark, today. Everything I purchased the sales person took the time to explain how it is used and how to install it, wear it, walk with it..... Eastside Medical Supply will be my go-to store for my medical supplies and for answers to questions I may have. I don’t normally write reviews but I was so pleased with them I had to. Great store!

James Herring provided me with excellent customer service. He provided me with samples to help provide awesome care to my residents. He was extremely helpful and amazing to do business with. I will be switching a lot of my business with my current supplier to Eastside Medical supply because of James. Thank you again. It is greatly appreciated!!

I had a bit of an emergency this morning when I arrived at work and realized the overnight cleaning crew had thrown away a plastic bag which contained essential parts to my breast pump. I called every supply store in the Rochester area as well as Target, Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby and none of them had the parts I needed. My only option was to purchase a brand new pump or I would have had to take the rest of the week off of work to stay with my son so I could feed him (for any working mom, this is just not viable). The people at Eastside Medical supply were willing to sell me the part from the display when they heard how distressed I was over this. Complete LIFE SAVERS!! When I arrived they were friendly, had my parts ready to go for me, and ended up not even charging me!! I am so grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate me. I would recommend this supply store to absolutely anyone who is in need of any medical devices. It is not everyday when you receive such genuine customer service. I truly appreciate the generosity the people here extended to me today. :-)

I felt so welcomed here! It's not easy to see your parents getting old but James and Marisa (forgive me if I misspelled her name) were so helpful, patient and kind. I appreciate the guidance they lent to me and I will forever be thankful for their smiles. Thank you both again!

Great experience! After years of frustration at another medical supply store that not surprisingly closed, I received consistently excellent customer service from James. Although my doctor's office made repeated errors in my prescription, he patiently followed up multiple times until it was corrected. The products were ordered, and I picked them up the next day (I was used to waiting weeks.) Amazing! It's great to have such a quality medical supply store in the area! I recommend it highly!
