Ordered a suit for a wedding party from the Monroe Branch. Everything seemed great with the suit, however when I got to the wedding I quickly realized they ordered me the wrong color. I had Dark Navy and all the other groomsman had a 'bright blue'. The bride was not too happy as I stuck out for the pictures. Hoping they are willing to compensate in some way but we shall see.

I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars. When we got to the store they unzipped the garment bag with my rental tux and it was at a ball in the gotten of the bag. The have it to me and when I politely asked if they could get the wrinkles out the told me no and walked away. Never ever rent from jos A banks

Terrible customer service. I drove over to their store on Monroe Ave in Rochester to purchase a tuxedo. The service representative measured me up but unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock. Not a big deal. I knew my measurements (which they verified) and was told they could order the tuxedo without a problem. At checkout I discovered there was a sale that day. Unfortunately, the service representative could not figure out the SKU code for the tuxedo. He had me stand there as he fumbled through some nonsensical self-speaking and eventually casually asked a co-worker who was equally perplexed. At no point did he call a manager, call the main Joseph A Bank help number or even another local store for a simple SKU code. I told him we could go ahead and do the transaction but he refused. I supplied him with my name and phone number and asked him to give me a call when he sorted it out. He called a few hours later and instructed me to return to the store to finalize the transaction. This was 30 minutes away in the middle of my work day. I asked him to just process the payment over the phone. Again he refused. I informed him I would be able to come on in 2 days later; he stated he would not honor the sale price at that time. Unbelievable. This is pure laziness and frankly insulting to have a customer drive back to the store for his lack of knowledge and initiative. Absolutely terrible customer service; I would never set foot in that store again. A total joke.

Amazing!!!!! My fiancé and I went there looking for suits for him and his groomsmen. We had shopped previous places and we were  getting pretty discouraged. From the moment we walked in the door they were very very friendly. The girl who helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful, and so pleasant to work with. She gave us her honest opinion and gave us lots of options. I was also very satisfied with the stores selection, they had a great amount of product in stock, unlike other stores we shopped that didn't even let my fiancé try on pants. I am more than satisfied with our experience here. We will be returning as well as highly recommending to anyone we know that needs a suit. Thanks for the great service we truly appreciate it!

We walked in and we're grunted at by an employee, walked around for close to five minutes and nobody asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. Not a great first impression, left promptly to check out other men's clothing stores.
