I was very happy with the move to Virginia.The Movers did a wonderful job and have been very nice and listen to me what I had to say. Everything went smoothly and this was one of the best moves that I have experienced. Very professional and nice personalities of the 3 guys. Thank you and I would hire your company again.

I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't actually move me. I hired Easy Movers to move me 3 miles down the road. They quoted me a ridiculously high price, but it was short notice, so I sucked it up. They kept calling me to confirm the move, and each time I told them yes. Then the day before the move, a lady there called and told me I needed to pay the entire $4000 up front. She wasn't the least bit concerned about telling me when they would be there, how many movers they were sending, or anything like that. Just that she needed all their money up front. I told her no. I said I was not necessarily going to put it all on a credit card, that I might pay some in cash, and she continued to iterate that she needed it all paid ahead of time. I said I wouldn't do it. So she told me that was their policy, but if I changed my mind by 8:30 the next morning to give them a call and they would still do the move. Well, I went online and found some lovely movers who did it for $1000, and they were fabulous! I would recommend them all day long. They didn't have their own truck, I had to rent one, but since I was moving only a couple miles down the street, it didn't matter if I had to make multiple trips. So Easy Movers' greed cost them $4000 but saved me $2800!! I don't know if Easy Movers were thinking that because I was a single woman, I had no business sense and would pay it all up front. But that is terrible business!! I actually have my own company, and that is not how you do it. What recourse would I have if they didn't show up, or did a terrible job, or there were problems of any kind? None, because they already have all the money!! They may be able to get away with that with some people, but it sure didn't work with me!!

I've used Easy Movers three times to move my family and twice to move my business. I trust this company immensely. I always recommend them to my friends. Hopefully we won't move again but if we do, I'll call this company.

Easy Movers helped me move from Charlotte to Huntersville. Everything was right on track the crew was on time and very hard-working. Terry was helpful in keeping things moving and the guys that worked with him were pleasant and friendly. In my new house the doorways are smaller so they had to take off the doors to get the furniture into the room where I wanted them. Not an easy thing to navigate when you are carrying heavy furniture. They were very much about customer service. My move went about 2.5 hours the quoted price which I guess is tough for them to know until they are actually moving to see how things fit etc. I would recommend a buffer of an hour or two in your budget just in case, but otherwise I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company, ESPECIALLY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to schedule and before they could confirm it, they had to do an evaluation of the things that I had to move so that they knew how long it would take. That was fine with me. They told me that they had a move before mine that day and they would be able to move me out of my storage facility between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. The day of the move I had many people taking time out of their day and coming to help. By 2:15pm I hadn't heard anything from the movers so I called them. They let me know they'd call me back. 40 minutes later, I still hadn't heard back so I called again. They then told me that the movers were running behind because of the first move and it would be an additional hour and a half. They also informed me they would do something price-wise but to call back on Tuesday. So myself and all the people helping me had to wait. The movers didn't show up until about 5:15 pm.... two hours past my appointment time. When I called the next Tuesday for a price adjustment she said she couldn't give me one yet and to call back YET AGAIN. I called back the following week and the lady said she would call me right back in 15 minutes. Over an HOUR LATER I called her back and she informed me that for the movers being over 2 HOURS LATE, they would credit me $25 off a move that was over $400. I am very upset with the level of customer service with this company and professionalism. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone I come across.
