I had to go to this store at lunch to send some things out - I had never been here, but the 2.1 google rating had me worried. I had a great experience and was thoroughly impressed by Melvin's customer service and can-do attitude. Melvin handled the lunch rush with professionalism and a smile on his face - I will use these guys again.

I would not trust this store with accomplishing very much, I have been into this store a few times over the last few months and the quality of service has been consistently bad. Because this location is close, I thought to myself they should at least be able to handle this, but I was wrong.

The older woman who appears to be the manager of this store talks in a demeaning manner toward their customers and during my last visit this woman and the owner of the franchise location, Stacy, were bickering with each other back and fourth in front of customers creating a generally unprofessional atmosphere. I came in for a simple print job, one color card stock print, a normal sheet of paper, and it took about 20 minutes for them to figure things out until they told me that I set my file up wrong. The owner invited me into the back of the store to see for myself and she had the printer settings wrong. I fixed the printer settings myself, and waited another 10 minutes for the file to finally be printed correctly. As I was waiting for them to print my second card stock print, 35 minutes in total had gone by. I simply left, went to another UPS Store and had the job done in under 5 minutes.

I'm not usually the type of person to complain or write "reviews" but I won't be using this location again. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other The UPS Store location.

If you want personal and professional service this is the place. Stacy helped me out with a stressful situation...........and she pulled it off with ease.  Thank you Stacy....

I'm an Amazon Prime member and being prime means Amazon predominantly uses UPS for shipping. Over the last 2 years, as you can imagine I've had a lot of shipments. What UPS doesn't know is I work from home so when they claim they attempted to deliver my package well I know different. This store is the closest to my house and where my packages end up if I'm "not home" (of course it takes an extra day and a half for it to get here). There is usually only 1 person working, I believe it's the owner. There always seems to be a line in this store. She does the best she can by herself. She is friendly and efficient, but not accurate.

I think what bothers me the most is she'll give me one package and then two days later I'll find out this store was holding another one the entire time. It's frustrating that I even have to go pick them up when I was home. A gave this store and extra star because it's near a Dunkin Donuts if you need a donut, a Chili's if you need a drink, and  Mr. Tokyo if you feel like sushi.

One of the worse customer service experiences. The owner wasn't willing to help me resolve a UPS ISSUE- her answer was no. She wouldn't even help me figure out how to solve the problem, she couldn't be bothered. If I treated MY customers this way, I would be fired. Totally disrespectful, and I'm sure she could care less. If I could give a negative score I would. I hope she decides to find something else to do with her uneventful time.
