Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Do you deliver or ship out of state?

A- Although we are currently working towards expanding nationally, we only offer local pickup and delivery throughout most of NJ and NYC metro area.

Q- How long does the food stay fresh?

A- Eat Clean Bro does not use ANY preservatives, therefore we recommend that you store our meals at 40 degrees or below and consume them within 3-4 days.

Q- Can you portion my meals to be ____ oz of protein and ____ oz of carb?

A- Due to the extremely high volume of meals that we prepare weekly, we are unable to accommodate special requests of this nature. We do however offer bulk proteins and vegetables for sale, please e-mail [email protected] for more information.

Q- Do you offer vegetarian options?

A- At the moment we do not offer any specific vegetarian options, but we are working on developing some. In the meantime, we are more than happy to remove a protein from any meal and supplement it with additional vegetables, eggs or tofu for you.

We love Eat Clean Bro! As a full time working mom of two young boys, Eat Clean Bro has helped me stay on track, giving me more time to spend with my family and a little extra time to work out everyday. Seriously do not know what we do without this service. Food is always delivered fresh to our door and there is great variety. Every meal has been delicious! Discovering Eat Clean Bro was the best thing that has ever happened to me! They have a huge menu with many different options for different diets, lifestyles, and preferences. The food is always fresh, clean, and tasty. Prices are super reasonable compared to other meal prepping companies around. However, one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Eat Clean Bro (besides the yummy food!!) is the awesome customer service and staff!! Customer service is always there to help with any issue or concern in a quick and timely manner and are always super friendly. Couldn't recommend these guys any more!!!

The food is the absolute best! I look forward to seeing the refrigerated bag on my porch every Sunday! They have the best customer service and have such a flexible delivery schedule. But the Best part is for sure the food- so easy to order what you want online. And you’ll never feel like you’re dieting or you’re still hungry after a meal! They’re all delicious and so gourmet- and AFFORDABLE! Can’t say enough good things about Eat Clean Bro

Don’t think I have ever recommended a product or service on Google before, but I have been ordering meals from Eat Clean Bro for over two months now and could not be more impressed. They taste great, are easy to prepare, are well balanced and the portion sizes are perfect. These meals have made my lunches and dinners healthy, quick and delicious. For the same price I was spending grabbing lunch out every day, I now get a healthy convenient meal right at my desk. I never thought food heated up for 2 minutes in a microwave could be so fresh and good. The service and delivery are top notch, and the selection of meals is incredible. My biggest dilemma is that it is hard to try new meals because I liked the meals I already ordered so much. I have to resist the craving to simply order the same thing again. Good problem to have. Again, if you are a person always on the go at work, at home, or both, and want to eat healthy without sacrificing taste and quality, I highly recommend you give Eat Clean Bro a try. A number of people in my office have seen my ECB lunches and now they are loyal customers too. You will not be disappointed.

I have so many compliments to share about Eat Clean Bro. Firstly, upon ordering they are so prompt with updates on your order, and they’re so polite! That makes a huge difference because it shows they care about their customers. I wasn’t home the first time it was delivered, and they made the process so easy. The large bag it comes in is amazing, definitely keeps the food fresh and neatly organized. I actually ordered in bulk amounts because I needed it to last, and my absolute favorite meal was the pancakes. They are INCREDIBLE I didn’t even care to use the syrup. The meats lasted a long while in the freezer as well. I have family members in NJ who have used other companies for prepped meals and every time there was a delivery their order was wrong, they’d be missing meals, and their customer service wasn’t great. Any company can make mistakes but they didn’t show any care to fix it. People who order prepped meals are usually very busy so time matters. Since then, they’ve used Eat Clean Bro and are so much happier. Thank you guys so much, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
