Waited two hours a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Called the store three times, and didn't get anywhere, nor any offers on refund or coupons on the next visit like I expected. And after waiting so long the meal, of course, arrived cold. The food was be amazing if it was actually hot. The mozzarella sticks are going right in the trash.

So frustrated. I work at an office that orders from this place regularly. Having been ordering from this place for years some things are good some things aren't so as long as you know what to get it's a decent spot.

Went online to look at specials, couldn't find them on the website so I called and figured I'd ask. Woman answered asked me to hold right away, which they often do when they're busy, no big deal. Came back on asked pick up or delivery and asked for order. I asked if she could tell me the specials. Very unpleasantly she said" can you just go online and look at them?". I then replied that I did go online and I couldn't find them. She then let out a VERY audible sigh and rattled them off (which took all of three seconds so why couldn't you just do that in the first place?) and I said I was all set and hung up. 

Don't be rude. We all know what it is like to be in the service business and to be busy but DON'T BE RUDE. I coordinate a lot of things at the office and get to pick where we cater from and order from on a regular basis. You lost a customer today. Not just a "lunch special" customer but a regular $100 plus order customer.

Ordered my food at 12:23 ish I called after waiting for 55 Mintues and the girl was rude on the phone laughing when I asked that yeah it should be leaving soon, and then still now it's 2:03 and I haven't recieved my food and still waiting. Love the food but the service is rude and horrible. I order from here so much and EVERYTIME they give me a problem.
