edit: (09/21/2017) THEY FIXED THE USER INTERFACE! It is now an easy-to-use menu, simple and fast. So glad they updated things and got back to basics. Updating my review from two stars back to four stars. Great vegetarian option in FIDI. Convenient and quick. edit (July 8, 2017) - eatsa has changed the UI on its menu, which has been a huge disappointment. FYI, you go up to an electronic menu (basically an IPad) and place your order. Previously, navigating the menu was super easy and intuitive, leading to quick orders and quick food arrival. Now, with the UI change, trying to get thru the menu is an absolute mess. For example, I bought a particular bowl one week and tried to order the same thing on my next visit. I was unable to do so; the menu attempts to personalize things for you on each visit so I wasn't able to find the same bowl I ordered that last week. You get suggestions on what you may like, there does not appear to be a set menu to choose from (the fact that I don't know if there is a set menu speaks to the confusion caused by the menu). Extremely confusing set up, not sure how this got approved for implementation but it's a nightmare. I frequently see other potential customers with the same confused look on their face. I've ended up walking away without ordering due to frustration. So, instead of going, ordering quickly and leaving (limited time at lunch during work), it is time consuming and just plain confusing. Still a good vegetarian option in FIDI but terrible execution of the menu and overall buying experience. I only come here out of necessity on occasion, not the regular that I once was.
