Portia is my Stylist and she is AMAZING!! 
She is a great person inside out and a fantastic stylist too.  The staff are great too and it is very clean and professional. A bit pricey but as long as Portia is there I will keep going.

Very good NYC man hair salon. They are really focus on women there but they also do men hair cuts. I happened to be in NYC last week, going to a business dinner. Looked in the mirror in the cafe's restroom and didn't like my hair that day. I decided to get a quick haircut as the important business meeting was going to be in 2 hours. Looked around and noticed a hair salon on the 2nd floor - Ebony Styles. Without thinking twice I ran upstairs. I was greeted by Merna - the owner. She gave me a nice shampoo treatment and a trim ( very good haircut ) in less than 25 minutes. Price was also good as for this midtown location for this NYC hair salon. I will recommend this place for all men for a cut before business meetings. They are very friendly and professional.

A bit pricey, but i think they're focused on the right things: healthy hair care, efficiency, and customer service. I really loved working with Paula; I'm natural and she did a very nice (and gentle) job when conditioning and styling my hair.

Love this place!!!
I just went today. I have natural hair and I wanted to change my hairstyle, and they took the time to figure out what my hair needed, they treat it and then, they did exactly what I wanted. It is Cherry who took care of me, and she is extraordinary.
I really recommend this place. Everybody in the salon was satisfied, there's a great ambiance but still it's not loud so u can really relax and enjoy being taking care of...
Just one last thing: go see by urself, it will speak alone!
