Really great work at this salon. My favorite colorist so far has been Aaron Bradfield. He's fast, he's very nice and he does great highlights. Also, Angel at the Fekkai Salon at the Mark gave me an excellent long lasting haircut. All the work here is high quality in a stunning environment.

The best hair colorests in NYC. If you can book Kelly, do it! She's amazing at getting the exact color and look you want. From funky colors to beache blonde she makes your hair color shine. The facility is upscale and everyone is warm an welcoming. Worth every penny to get celebrity style hair and treatment.

One of my favorite's of their salon locations. A bit awkward to go through Bendel's, but the staff is very kind, and my colour and cuts are always perfect. The Mark location is slightly more posh, but this one has a lot of space, and VERY talented stylists as well.

I would like to know how the rate of a company that demote USA economy  goes 4 points?.  We need companies promoting  a positive Job atmosphere. A bad experience seen how a company  treated their employees at 5th Ave. Fekkai was the key point..I Prefer to return to my small salon with radiiant energies. Loosing talented individual will take the company  down..My time off is for "me days".Looking for relax places.there is a bunch of them.
Beside the prices and products are not what they claim.
A dissatisfied costumer.

If you want perfection and you're in a hurry, ask for Hana. I have an asymmetric bob that requires a little more precision than the average cut, and I only had an hour to get it trimmed/shaped before I had to leave for the airport. I said no wash and no product, and Hana said no problem. She gave me the best cut I've ever had and did it in less than 45 minutes. I knew going in that I would be paying a little more than I was used to, and it was worth every penny. I will be going back!
