Have been going here for 6+ years. Love this place. I used to go to one stylist specifically, but she became very popular so I ended up having to try a different one out since my schedule never worked with my primary stylist. Now years later I have actually tried out many of their stylists over time and can say I have been happy overall with each one. They listen to you and always do an exceptional job.

This place is fantastic in every way. Convenient parking, easy to make an appointment, and friendly staff. But our stylist, Laura, is what really makes it great. Not only is she a consummate professional when it comes to hair, but she is so kind to my whole family. Even my toddler gets her hair cut with her and looks forward to it every time. I love my hair every time I leave this place - I give it my highest recommendation!

The people here are amazing!! I went in with a bad haircut from another place and they were so kind about it and made sure I had the best experience. Caroline is wonderful and such a treat to talk to, she is great at her job. Thank you!

Marie is the best! So genuine and sweet. I have been going to her for a few years now and have never once been disappointed.

This is a fabulous salon. Knowledgeable staff, everyone is friendly, nice neck massage during hair cuts. The Fitchburg salon was recently remodeled and is fabulous! They are an Aveda salon, and they sell Aveda products. Stylists are great at recommending the right product. I highly recommend Ecco Salon.
