I have gone to this location for almost 6 years and have had good experiences up until yesterday. Sport Clips has gone to a new system for check-in (kiosk) which did not display the tip I left at the end for some reason. My stylist immediately asked me if I had left a tip (mind you, it was busy and lots of people were in the waiting area and could hear) or not. She looked almost panicked, and told me that it didn't show up on her end. I told her that I had, and that the transaction closed out fine- charging me the cost of the haircuts plus tip. She asked me what the tip amount was at that point, which was super embarrassing for me. I reluctantly told her, and she proclaimed "Oh now I see it!" I should have probably left before that point, the transaction was complete and final (and correct). On the previous transaction I saw her take the tip amount out of the till and go back over to her station and put it in her pocket, so I assume she wanted to do that with my tip as well right away. I got my hair cut there because it was affordable and my cuts always turned out great. I go out of my way to tip well, because the service industry can be hell, but I am not wealthy, either. I tip what I feel is appropriate and what I can afford. I don't think I will be returning if I can expect to be publicly embarrassed because she couldn't get her tip money immediately. 2 stars because of my 6 years of history at this location and all of the other wonderful stylists that work there.

Ok job, same price as going to a better barber. Usually very busy with kids. Convenient location though.

Fast, decent hair choppers. Free sucker. This business easily accommodates people in wheelchairs without batting an eye. If you roll and your hair is getting shaggy, these people can take care of you.

I always get the MVP, I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes, and they've never gotten my haircut wrong. Commitment to technology for payment and check-in is another plus.

Staff here is friendly, does a good job and moves rather quickly. They don't take reservations but will tell you how long the wait is if you call. You can walk in, secure your spot in line and then visit other businesses while you wait. Nice to have something to watch on TV too.
