Fireworks review: One of the better restaurants in Brattleboro! Food is always fresh and very good! It is now Echo and is closed to a fire so can't review at this time.

Have been to Fireworks on new year's eve every year for the past five years and on other occasions, and it's always been fabulous. The cocktails are creative and quenching. The food is always outstanding. Pizzas are amazing, the New York Strip is a hit, as are the hot french fries that accompany the steak. They have some unique pasta and risotto dishes that are spectacular, but you may want to order those as an appetizer because the portion size is on the small side.

A little on the high side price-wise, but the flavors of their bar items was excellent, paired with a reasonable beer menu and high-end cocktail menu makes for a fun stop on an adventurous evening.

Good food, nice burger and local beers on tap. Host seemed to be so pissed... whats the point? Get another job! 4 stars for the food, fresh and honest, 2 for the host and his attitude... gives a 3! :-)
