I'm delivering at C&S Freezer and ordered a steak&cheese sub with fries and a drink. Looking on the website the prices r wrong and was told my order came to $20.. while I think that is a little high, the sandwich and fries were good.. Hot and made like a requested. Delivery was fast, food hot and drink cold.. large sandwich filled with steak and plenty of fries. I would pay it again...

Truly excellent! The pizza was bursting with flavor, the grinders were fresh and large and the service was like being with warm family. This is MUST stop as you approach or leave nearby ski areas!

Had been doing business here for years and years...the business has changed hands. Both quality of food and service has changed....prices have gone up...was our Friday night go to...going to have some place else...we miss the former owners...service and quality.

I've never had a bad experience with this place. A couple times, over a period of several years, there have been mistakes, but they always made it right. They have great food, great service and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

On multiple occasions, when trying to place an order, I've been told "That's not on the menu." Is salami in my calzone really that peculiar of a request? But I digress, I've continued to order from them. That is until last week. We were told our pizza would take an hour because they were backed up. When we showed up to get our pizza it was cold and had obviously been done for half an hour AT LEAST. Not the kind of establishment that is open to honest complaints about bad food. So we ate or cold pizza and resolved to never order from VIP again. There's mediocre pizza all over Brattleboro. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.
