We were lucky as my family made their arrangements well in advance, but this place was very disorganized.  Mr. Eckhardt would tell us one thing and then 2 days later, we were told something else.  We were asked last minute as to pall bearers for the funeral mass; we were told one thing regarding the trip to the Veteran's Cemetery and then told the day of the burial something else.  Except for the disorganization, my father had a very nice viewing and funeral mass.

Had my son's funeral there a few years back. Such a disappointing place. I felt so rushed to get it over with so they could go home.
