During a very emotional time, Corey and her colleagues at Eline FH in Reisterstown demonstrated kindness, professionalism and follow-through with decisions for my beloved mother’s cremation and obituary in preparation for her out of state celebration of life. Also notable, the night my mother passed, the husband and wife transport team were so kind— especially in consideration of my 11 yo son who was there and heart-broken. We are so appreciative and recommend Eline without hesitation.

In late October, my son died suddenly. Very unexpected. The shock and grief was and still is beyond any pain I've felt in the 58 years of my life. So, how you're treated when you're a parent having to deal with the unthinkable really really matters. The folks at Eline--every single person we had contact with--were both personal and professional, not to mention, affordable. Their demeanor was warm and friendly, yet respectful and not over-familiar. Their service was impeccable. There was absolutely no pressure to spend beyond our dersires and budget. And then, the personal follow up, including a beautiful personalized laser engraved Christmas ornament that they gifted us was yet another reminder that excellent and efficent and exemplary service still exists. Thank you, Eline staff.

Steve was such a help when making arrangements for my husband.  His calm manner then and at the grave site was such a blessing.  Today I picked up a Christmas ornament from them with my husband's name and dates on it.  This will be on our trees each year from now on.
