I had a great wxprience with the staff i went to go get my hair dyed there the girl that did it was supper sweet loved her but my hair was nothing like how I wanted it. I asked for a chocolate brown hair dye with supper subtle highlights. What I got was a red hair dye and messed up highlights that I had to pay 200 for it. I called to see if they would fix it they wanted me to pay that all over. So I didn't and now I have big patches of blonde. I just want it fixed and I don't want to repay. I loved the girl who did it sweet great conversation my end results were just not what I wanted. If I could post what I wanted and what I got I would.

Everytime I go to this Ulta the girls always seem as though I am bothering them when I ask for help. The managers are not friendly at all and the store/products are always trashed. They are always out of product too. When I went yesterday the girl got a tester concealer and swiped it on my cheek with the actual wand that everyone else has probably touched or wiped on their hand or face. I never look forward to go in there because of the girls that work there. Unless you are like one of them, they don't give you the time of day, reminds me of mean girls.

Horrible cut. Shoulder length hair is now 1/2"long in back. I asked for short hair but not this. The top is long can't do anything but go buy a wig.

I told the stylist very specifically to keep the length of my hair. I have hair that goes all the way down to my chin and eyes. I said i just wanted dead ends cut and for my hair to be SLIGHTLY thinned. The stylist ended up cutting all my bangs off and i now have no hair on my forehead. And again, my bangs went down to my eyes. Horrible stylist! Horrible hair i now have to cover with a hat for ATLEAST a month till its back to normal!

This Ulta has TWO master colorists! What does that mean? It means Hair Perfection. Specials for first time clients! Tell them I recommended you, so that I get a $10 gift card. 😄
