I've frequented Eco Friendly's downtown location for quite a while, however I just moved to Goleta and am so glad to see Eco Friendly's Magnolia Shopping Center location. I used their free pick up and delivery service and am SO SO happy with the results. So convenient and my clothes look amazing! Also I love that they use the reusable Eco Bags instead of plastic like most dry cleaners.

A fantastic neighborhood business - super friendly, and they're always so quick with turning clothes around (~2-3 days seems to be their average).  I kind of purposely stain my shirts just so I can stop by and shoot the breeze with everyone at Eco Friendly Dry Cleaners. I've had good luck with them taking out hard-to-clean stains (rust, blood, wine...yeah, welcome to Echo Park living, yo), so give them a shot if you've had bad experiences elsewhere.

Finally a great dry cleaner! Great customer service and quality work. I took a suit here after another cleaner said they couldn't get the stains out. Scott was confident they could remove them safely. It turned out perfect - thanks for saving my suit!

I'm honestly impressed. There was a mistake when I went to pick up my suit, and it hadn't been pressed yet. (Not an issue, I don't deal with things last minute like most people.) I was informed of the error and when I asked if it would be ready the following day, the gentleman said "without a doubt" and EVEN OFFERED to have it delivered to me. I appreciated the offer to have it dropped off. I had great service from start to finish and will DEFINITELY be going back.
