I had a great experience! They were super nice, well priced, tailored both suits perfectly and had them finished in a good time frame. I definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Avoid Santa Barbara Cleaners, Platinum Cleaners, and any business under the ownership of Jennifer Straight at all costs.  The Better Business Bureau has taken the extraordinary step of awarding Santa Barbara Cleaners a well-deserved grade of "F."  Platinum Cleaners lost three articles of my clothing and damaged multiple other items.  Rather than take responsibility for the mistakes, Platinum Cleaners gave me someone else's clothing and insisted it was mine.  Ridiculous!  Now two people have lost their clothing instead of one, and they refused to allow me to return the shirt that was not mine.  Rather than provide a fair refund, Ms. Straight made personal attacks on me that had nothing to do with the poor performance of her business and her employees.  Jennifer Straight is completely unethical and unprofessional.  Her employees are untrained and unsupervised.

If i could give this place zero stars I would!  I've never written a review before but my experience here was so awful that I can't help but make sure no one else goes through what I did.  This place is THE WORST!!!  I went in to get an inch taken off the bottom of a dress.  The person behind the counter seemed as though she had no idea what she was doing when trying to pin the bottom.  When asking how much it would be to get it hemmed she explained that they send the items out to the tailor and won't know until she gets it.  I never received a phone call letting me know how much it would be which is exactly how they SCAM you!  Had I known how expensive it would have been I would have taken it back and gone somewhere else.  She told me the dress would be ready on Saturday.  Went in on Saturday and it wasn't there.  She said she'd call when it came in.  Never got a phone call.  Called Tuesday afternoon and she said it was there so I went to pick it up.  She grabs the bill - $65 - my jaw drops to the floor.  The place I go to in LA would have charged me $20 but I just moved to Goleta and needed to get this done quickly.  I told the girl how shocked and frustrated I was at the cost.  I explained that I never received a call telling me how much it would be and never in my right mind would I have approved that!  I asked to speak with the manager who wasn't there.  I asked her to call the manager so I could speak with her on the phone.  The manager was BEYOND RUDE!  Telling me that "this isn't LA" and I basically need to suck it up and pay the ridiculous amount.  
OVERALL - NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!  They are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, & OVERPRICED!

Do not use this Cleaners, there are plenty of others.  When I dropped two items off, I was told they would be $14.99 each, one was a small hand made blanket made by my Grandmother.  When I went to pick them up, they charged me $28.99 for the blanket and $15.99 for the sport coat.  I asked if I could talk to the manager and they said they were not there.  I wish I had taken the time to see how poorly rated they were before I went there. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I don't usually write reviews, but when something like this happens I feel a commitment to. They overcharge for fluff and fold. Said to pick up after 5 the next day...not done...tried to convince me to wait while she folded it...waited half an hour, came back....she was chatting it up....not done... left to pick it up the next day and received no discount. Avoid this cleaners for any others a block away is my advice.
