Let me tell you I hadn't drove in a taxi for few years. This is my first time I used eco taxi company.I had great service. Eco taxi met my standards.
I love the fact you can go on their website to make reservations ahead of time. Also the time that you want to be pick up. 
My driver Hugo I had to brought me to my destination I requested for him to bring me back to my original destination. They did. I was please. 
I would definitely use eco taxi company again. I recommend eco taxi.

Tried to call a taxi, but I couldn't hear a thing they said.  Got no answer the first time, then got disconnected.  Never even got to order a cab.  Terrible phone service; went with a competitor immediately thereafter.

First of all they made me wait on the phone, they were not very nice asking me to wait so I had to call again, it's ok I understand they are busy but they made my reservation multiple times they sent me multiple messages with different cars and different drivers so I called again asking because I didn't want two or three different drives picking me up and they said oh ignore the text messages they are automatic. Well they sent me two or three  different drivers I don't even know but it was bad and I had all the people calling me at the same time when somebody else picked me up already. A disaster. Next morning I called again asking for another driver and they told me 20-25 minutes and almost one hour ago nobody came so I called to cancel the service and the people on the phone is not even nice. I don't recommend this service.

A car from Eco Taxi was supposed to pick me up at my house and I received two text messages to confirm my reservation. 10 mins before they were supposed to arrive I received a text that the ride was cancelled and do not respond.  When I called they said that they couldn't get to me due to traffic. I would think they would have called me. Will never call this company again!!!
