Tweezers no more!!'  If you are looking for an effective way to get rid of that embarrassing, annoying and flat out ugly facial hair, you simply must visit Betty for laser hair removal. After just three short sessions, I am no longer horrified when looking in the mirror. However she performs her magic, she does is with great dexterity, confidence and, best of all, results!  Betty's no-nonsense approach is refreshingly appealing. Did I mention she also gives a great facial? Betty at Ecobel in Buckhead is my new beauty brag.

false advertising and liar receptionist, avoid this place!

I bought a groupon for radiesse last Aug, usually I go to peachtree dermatology for botox&fillers, but since the doctor here is asian I thought I should give it a try. I called ecobel for an appointment and the receptionist told me there's none available at the moment I have to wait for a month, I said fine so we set a date. 

Just one day before my appointment, I received a voicemail from the receptionist telling me they have to reschedule my appointment. that's fine, so I called back the next day to reschedule, told her I would be available any weekday. The receptionist then said she can either book me an appointment in November or after the doctor's "INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL", which was after new year. Since I had travel plans in Nov and not time for my touch up yet, 2017 seems like a good idea, but my groupon would be expired by then. The receptionist confirmed me several times that even if the groupon expired, they would still honor it (her word). And she would call me to schedule an appointment after the doctor's back to US. At the time she sounded really nice and I thought the spa is legit, I trusted her. BIG MISTAKE

that takes us to now. I called ecobel this morning to see if the doctor is back, when I asked for an appointment the receptionist said she can book me on the day after tmrw. She sounded different so I thought she's new, I told her I have a groupon and I scheduled appointment last year but the doctor was on international travel so the spa said they would honor the groupon regardless of the expiration date. But then she told me the doctor never had an INTERNATIONAL TRIP, and she has no idea whom I spoke with but they would never promise to honor an expired coupon. When I asked if there's another receptionist she said she's the only one here for years. honestly I felt like I was in the twilight zone, so I thanked her and hung up the phone in a state of confusion.

Only after hung up I realized, the receptionist I spoke with last year was the voice on the answering machine just now. I felt fooled and called ecobel again, this time I asked her to transfer me to the receptionist on the answering machine, she said that is she. I then asked does she remember saying "the doctor will travel internationally" and does she remember talking with me at least three times during the past months, big surprise, she suddenly remembered! I asked her why did she pretend to not know me and lie about "INTERNATIONAL TRIP", SHE LIED AGAIN, saying she didn't mean there's no international trip just that she wouldn't have promise to honor an expired groupon. And not recognizing me, the person she spoke with several times on a specific issue, is just her memory. Of course the memory all came back right after I confronted her with her bucket of lies.

Also, the price they advertising on their official website is total FALSE, they listed $550 for radiesse, but the actual charge is $800. Isn't that illegal in some states?

This has to be the most disgusting experience I ever had dealing with a med spa. I have no idea if the the owner knew her/his employee's behavior, but from the receptionist's confidence to have the owner call me, I guess they really don't mind scam a customer or two. Now I stuck with a nonrefundable $325 groupon but I rather throw it in the trash than talk to the liar receptionist again, can't trust a business with the habit of lying.

I had Juvederm injections in my tear troughs two weeks ago. It is a procedure that I've had done before with great success. 
The staff was very friendly and the spa was nice.  My problem is that my wedding is in one week and I wanted my tear troughs filled for my wedding and I did not want them in my wedding photos. While the doctor filled out the outer area of my eyes nicely, there is still a very distinct and unattractive deep tear trough on both eyes. There was quite a bit of swelling and REALLY bad bruising to one eye, but it is slowly clearing and I'm confident it will be gone by the wedding, but I'm still rather heartbroken to have paid hundreds of dollars and not had the area I went for fixed.

When you go ask for Betty Chiang, I have suffered with acne for years. I have tried several products both in store and over the counter medication with little to no results.  I have also seen countless dermatologist who have prescribed me oral and topical medication with the same response that time will get ride of your acne.  The medication they prescribe would only make my face extremely oily or super dry and the acne bumps and dark spots where still very prevalent on my face. Yet, within my three months of see Betty my acne has cleared almost completely!!!!!  My skin has become even toned and smooth. Also, my face has not broken out once since seeing her. Her method not only helps get ride of your acne she also gives advice on how to prevent breakouts and reduce acne in your daily life.  I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions i've made! Thanks Betty

In the heart of the city amid the towering edifices of steel and glass esthetics  of cold urban beauty tucked away on a  quiet tree lined side street  sits  a petite little stand alone building , a reminder of of mid century architecture and  days gone by -  a world away  in terms of interior style and old world charm,deftly blending past and present with genuine hospitality. I loved my visit the staff made me feel like a long time friend. Adventure to discover !! The entrance is hidden in the rear of the building plenty of free private parking a rarity in midtown the array of services dizzying. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and my consultation with the Doctor  was excellent he was a cheerful happy person who has an artists eye and a skillful touch he recommended a secondary visit as a post follow up and for any additional needs that were not corrected in my initial procedure.I have scarring from both acne and  trauma from an auto accident many years ago. The doctor was from Venuzela he masterfully corrected what fate and time had done and restored both my confidence and outlook on the future with a compassionate smile and skilled hand  achieving esthetics of symmetry and balance. Thank you I feel happy and beautiful now my outside will mirror the beauty that was hidden within☺️
