Where do I even start to describe this horrendous experience? Should've looked at the yelp review first (2 stars). They took custody of my diamond necklace (therapist asked me to take it off, took it and hung it somewhere), after leaving the spa I realized I didn't have it on me, called back, they said it's not there. I got so upset that I cried for 30 minutes because it was an heirloom which I had on me for 10 years and never once took it off. I asked to go back and look for it but they refused to let me. They put the blame on other customers and said they'd try to contact them. I demanded compensation and they said it was my fault and refuse to compensate. I was about to get the lawyer involved and they finally had someone move the cabinet and found my necklace. All this took 2 weeks! Seriously, you couldn't just do that from the beginning?  The spa and customer service was just from bad to worse. We were 10' late and they said they would take it out of the service time. Well, it would've been nice if you could at least call to let us know in advance. I asked the staff for water because I was feeling dehydrated but the lady told me they're about to start so she ignored my request for water and took us to the massage room. The facial masseur kept breathing on my face which felt disgusting. I couldn't relax. The body massage was just back massage and with repeated moves. When I called to book it was booked 3 months in advance so I thought it was a good place to take my mother to for her birthday. Turned out it was a big mistake. AVOID!

Groupon experience. Gorgeous place. Good massage. I enjoyed it in the moment, but was embarrassed to find they let me leave the spa with something orange and crusty on my face.

DO NOT USE GROUPON WITH THIS BUSINESS! Even though the Groupon policy to is honor appointments as long as they are created before expiration this company refuses. At one point someone at RYSE said they WOULD honor it but now after waiting since Valentine's Day to get an appointment they called me and said my Groupon expired and that I would need to pay more for the appointment. It's not my fault they completely over-booked. This is a dishonest and crooked business. BEWARE!

Great staff! Go and see Shanelle! She's great with helping with all of your needs whether its weight loss, or massage for both men and women
