I've called this place about 10 different times and every time was told he has no rental cars. I called two weeks in advance for my fiancé birthday to reserve a vehicle and he told me one would be available, so I didn't call and reserve a vehicle elsewhere. He made me call every single day for that two weeks, and ended up giving the vehicle he had reserved for us to someone else. Terrible customer service!!! Wouldn't trust a word out of Toms mouth. I don't like giving bad reviews to someone's business, but I have to be honest. If you can get a vehicle somewhere else, I would save your time and energy and do so.

Great speedy service!! Helped us on a holiday weekend at night, when we couldn't get anyone else to help us. Tom went above and beyond to save our family vacation!!
