The website is horrible. No prices. No decent filters. I'll avoid Michaels just for this purpose alone. I think they forget it is 2017 and people don't want to be hard sold to anymore.

Received "winning" promotional material in the mail from Michaels way after the fact since we don't check our mail every single day, and with what was only a potential two day window of short notice (you can only redeem prizes during the event) to make a half hour drive over to Gibraltar in Mount Clemens. The fine print specifies they cannot even tell you what you have won over the phone, so you know if it's even worth the cost of gas to make what could be a fairly long trip.

Seems to be a pretty shady way to get people to come in, overall.
