This is a very good hotel.  Convenient to the Waffle House & other restaurants just across the street.  Its also near the Novant Medical Center.

Clean rooms staff was friendly everything worked and was well maintained.  (lights fridge microwave shower sink coffee maker heat&ac)  the whole place could definitely use it an update and their rooms show obvious signs of rough years and abuse however I did feel that the rates were reasonable.   Had a great quiet peaceful stay,  thank you.

My husband, daughter and I had to stay here one night while our water was cut off for maintenance reasons. While it was convient, easy and nice for the price, thankfully, I awoke the next morning to find a little black bug crawling along the side of the bed in extremely close proximity to myself. I'm not sure if it was a bed bug or not but the thought grossed me out enough. I showed my husband, we immediately got up and left. I did check the beds that night to see if I saw bugs or any type of eggs, and I did not. As I mentioned, not sure if it was a bed bug but it looked like one. Please look into this! I called the front desk and told them, Brittany was very nice and said they would have pest control look into it but I wanted to post to hopefully ensure that happens. I already have a small phobia of staying in motels/hotels as is and that has now been amplified. I unfortunately, will not be returning.

I was in town visiting on business and needed a quick place to stay. I like to travel under the radar because I pick up hookers quite often. Unfortunately, there weren't many in this area. No-one at the front desk was helpful in assisting me either. I asked Brittany, who was working, if she knew of any hang out spots or area that hookers may frequent, and she did not know. 

Thankful I ran into a guy at a Waffle House and knew the area so he was able to point me in the right direction. Safe to say I enjoyed my stay!!

I stayed here 15 days prior to getting in my apartment. The place is clean and the location is confidently located between business 40 and I-40. The staff was helpful, they are renovating slowly and it is a safe and quite place to stay.
