This place is not the place to pick! Yes, its cheap. We did a monthly rate of $800 when we moved to town. The second day here there was ants everywhere!! The room smells and stick to your clothes and smell the room. I believe pets friendly which is nice but not all rooms should be pet friendly! Dog hair is stuck on the floor! Anyways back to the ants they are infested!! I told the lady and she sprayed in the bathroom and that helped for a day.  But now there in the room and in the bed i woke up with 2 in the corner of my eye!! I cant even put my son to the floor to play because he'll get bit! I told her to hire an exterminator and she said the owners wont do it. She said its ALL the rooms!! This place needs to be closed down until the ant problem is solved!!
