A couple of weeks ago we went into the dealership, without an appointment and wanted to see a couple of the vehicles. Steve G greeted us at the door and was super friendly right from the get-go! After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we return and go over the logistics of the deal - in great detail and everything explained - which was perfect! We went in to see the finance manager, Chris, which is where our experience turned sour. He was explaining all the different add-ons etc. We told him we would go home and think about it. Upon our return, he explained everything again and would not accept no as an answer. He was trying to hide upwards of $14,000 in our bi-weekly payment and proceeded to tell my husband he was wrong with his calculations. We declined knowing our risks and Chris sent an extremely condescending text message to myself explaining how he “respected our decision and wished us well with our new vehicle but wasn’t betting on the best outcome” - who says that!? Steve followed up with us a few days later and we asked that we don’t meet with Chris again. The delivery of the car went smooth but now, a week later, still dealing with Chris for things that should have been taken care of before leaving the dealership that day. 5 star rating for the dealership, Steve G, Joanne and Ashley. 0 star rating for Chris B. If it wasn’t for Steve, we would have walked away from the sale of the vehicle and went to a different dealership in the Niagara Region.
This scheduled appointment wasn't the first time I had dealt with Ivan and just like the first time, Ivan was able to accommodate my needs in a timely and courteous manner, furthermore he personally helped in putting my summer tires in the back of the vehicle. I would without hesitation recommend Ivan to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service. Also I received valuable comments from the technician who worked on my car. Great job all around!
Just purchased a new vehicle from them, and we were nothing but impressed from start to finish. The staff are all wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with this vehicle. Would purchase from them again in the future without hesitation. I bought a used BMW from Ed Learn salesman Josh in July 2022. Initial sales inquiries by email and video walk around of the car were great. I didn't try to negotiate the posted price, as it was good. Initial price for the extended warranty, however, was $6,100 which I negotiated $1,500 off. Here's where things went off the rails. It took 23 days to get the safety after the sale agreement and deposit sent. 8 days after the car was delivered, the engine seized on the highway, stranding me and my kids. Had to be towed to the local BMW dealership, where it was diagnosed that the engine seized due to the oil drain plug not being installed correctly. Ed Learn Ford didn't trust that diagnosis, and insisted they tow it from Ottawa to St. Catherine's. Once back at their dealership, they took responsibility for their mechanic's failure to properly install the oil drain plug and installed another used engine at their expense. It took quite a few calls/emails to get them to cover a replacement rental car. It's been 2 months since then and 34 emails and maybe 7-8 calls with their used car manager, and I still have not yet received the promised refund for the tow $165. Maybe a 1-star review will get the owner's attention. Initial sales experience Josh - 4/5 Overall experience tarnished by a mechanic who they should fire and extremely slow reconciliation of what they owe me = 1/5.
Had the best experience one could ask for when shopping for a car. Frank, as well as his team are incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Had the pleasure to have Josh and Andrew help guide the entire journey from beginning to end. Left feeling confident, excited and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but praise for the service and kindness shown to me by the staff . Zack is a fine young man who seemed to have an instinct for the vehicle I needed. He was professional yet very caring and patient . He deserved the hug I gave him. Katie and Brittany were also very kind, patient , personable and professional. Ed Learn Ford and these three people deserve the five stars .
I recently purchased a Lincoln Corsair from Frank and his team at Ed Learn. I'm not sure if I love the car as much as I love the service and attention that i received. Shout out to Joshua for his diligence and high standard for customer satisfaction. They ensured that I fully understood the offering, the service and the technical components of my vehicle. I was a Mercedes gal, but they converted me and I'm glad.
Quick, friendly and efficient service! Shuttle was immediately available to get me to work quickly. Pleasantly surprised to learn that staff used my ford points to cover my bill automatically and I was paid in full when I picked up my vehicle.
Could not say enough great things about this dealership. Great people that not only provide great service but they also care to make sure you are happy with the purchase. Also, this place has a fun energy like no other place I have shopped. Customer for life
